Get Plenty of Sleep

Staying out late or watching TV until 2am is not healthy for you or your skin. Not sleeping enough can raise your body's stress levels, so try and get at least seven to eight hours of sleep each night to assist in achieving clear healthy skin. It always pays to remember that what goes on inside our bodies ends up showing on the outside of our bodies.

Wash Those Makeup Brushes

Make sure to wash your makeup brushes and makeup sponges regularly with brush cleanser, a natural hand & body wash or plant based shampoo. Dirty brushes can make even the best natural skin care routine go to waste.

This is a tip that not many people think about however, your mobile phone can easily pick up bacteria, which can then get transferred to your face when you make a phone call. It pays to clean your phone on a regular basis.
