After three years of lost sleep, continuous & crippling sinus infections and 4 surgeries, I am even more careful about living a plant based life. For years I have used plant based skin care and have had a healthy diet of mainly fruit and vegetables however, now because of perpetually inflamed sinuses, I have moved to a solely whole foods diet.

I have always loved healthy foods and can honestly say that by changing completely to a plant based diet the chronic sinus infections have stopped and I have less fatigue and are enjoying a healthy lifestyle.
