At Savar we aim to process all orders within 48 hours with the exception of sale periods where this may take up to 72 hours. Orders are processed on business days only (New Zealand Date & Time) Monday - Friday and during business hours (NZST 8am- 5pm). If orders are placed in the weekend, they will be processed on the next available business day and shipped within 48 hours. If you have ordered an item that is not available or that is delayed, we will notify you via email or telephone, at which time you will have the option of choosing a different product or receiving a refund. Please ensure you supply us with your full and correct shipping address. Unfortunately we cannot be responsible for orders that go missing when an address has been incorrectly advised.
The price for shipping in New Zealand is $8 for orders under $100 and free for orders over $100. Shipping for New Zealand will be tracked via NZ Post - Courier Post. Please allow 2 – 4 business days for our delivery service.
Other International Destinations
The price for shipping to China is $20 for orders under $100 and $10 for orders over $100. Orders will be sent by courier. For China please allow 7 – 14 business days for delivery (however please note goods that are held up in customs are out of our control). We will send you an email to let you know that your products have been dispatched.

We pride ourselves on our integrity and providing our valued customers with high quality products. Our returns policy for online purchases is uncomplicated - if you are not happy with your product in any way we will replace it or refund your money.
Return the products in their original packaging to us within 30 days and we will refund your credit card with the cost of your purchase less freight. If you wish to exchange your purchase for another product we will happily pay the freight for the replacement item(s). Unfortunately your original postage and/or import duty, customs fees and local sales taxes (levies) charged are not refundable. Please simply call or email us with a short note. Refunds will be processed within 5 working days of receiving the returned the item(s) and we will email confirmation once the refund has been processed. Should the goods be in any way defective we will offer a full refund or replacement - which ever you prefer. Shipping on returned goods is at the purchaser's cost. If an exchange is requested, we will cover shipping of the replacement product.
